The lofts are a very dramatic design – the bedroom is quite large with a walk in closet. The ceiling is vaulted to the peak of the roof – making it a 2+ story height from the living room which is located on the entry level and more than 1 story in the bedroom. The wall facing the front of the loft is partially open, giving a view of the downstairs. Due to the angle of view, it is not possible to see into the bedroom from the living room – helping to preserve privacy for the upstairs bedroom. There are 2 large windows in the bedroom, giving it a very airy, spacious feel. As you can probably tell, the bedroom is my favorite room in the lofts. All lofts have ceramic tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bath. The cabinets are oak; the countertops are white. The appliances in each apartment are refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. All lofts have private fenced patios accessible only from the loft.
