The building was added onto the lot as a possible one bedroom flat for a parent. There are large windows on the bedroom side of the building that are not apparent from the photographs. The kitchen appliances include refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The full size washer and dryer are located in a closet between the kitchen and large bathroom. Both kitchen, bath and hallway are done in an ivory ceramic tile. There also is a “landing pad” of ceramic tile by the front door. There is a full wall of closet in the bedroom.
