2310 South Illinois 1 Bedroom Flats

2310 South Illinois is located south of the SIU Arena on Illinois Avenue. It is south of the Citgo station and Arnold’s Market (great butcher shop and locally grown produce in season). West Telemarketing is almost directly across Illinois Avenue. The complex is accessed from a shared driveway that is on Illinois Avenue. Along the driveway, there is a one bedroom house and little garage, then the first parking lot for 2310 South Illinois 1 bedroom flats. The second parking area is located behind the first 1 bedroom building. Alpha's units are located on the south side (left side as you pull in). Look for the Alpha logo over the door. Across the driveway at 2300 South Illinois are some apartments that look similar on the outside, but are not owned by us. This complex has two buildings with eight 1 bedroom flats in each building – four on the top floor that have private fenced balconies and four on the bottom floor that have private fenced patios. The patios and balconies are accessible only from the inside of the flat. Each flat has spacious rooms with a ceiling fan in the living room and the bedroom. There are several closets – a walk in closet in the bedroom, a guest closet in the living room, and a closet that may be used as a linen closet or a pantry. The appliances in each flat include full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Kitchens have oak cabinets, white breakfast bars and ceramic tile floors that adjoin the hallway and bathroom ceramic tile floors. There is also a ceramic tile “landing spot” between the front door and the guest closet.
