Alpha's Carbondale Apartments: 510 BEADLE DRIVE B

This is one of my favorite floorplans! It has more flexibility than any of our other 3 bedroom plans. Beadle Drive is on the west side of town, near to the Carbondale Clinic. It is a very peaceful, primarily professional/family neighborhood.
The main level has an efficient galley kitchen with a separate eating area, which may be used as a formal dining area or as an informal dining area. There is a sitting area that blends into the eating area, leaving the option of using it as a family room, small living room, or study.
The large bath on the main level has both a garden tub (wonderful for soaking!) and separate shower.

There is a large room downstairs that can be used as a family room, living room, or as a downstairs bedroom. It has a great deal of closet space, useful when used as a family room – the good place to put all those toys and books away!
On the bedroom level, there is one huge room with closets on 2 walls (it is so large that it could easily be divided into 2 separate rooms, each with their own closet.) It has been used as a large bedroom and as a large family living area. There also is an large bedroom and a full bath on this level.
