Another of Alpha's new designs - a four bedroom, each with its own bathroom. 1205 East Grand is located on the East side of town, a quick drive to campus, an even shorter drive to University Mall (Macy's, Old Navy, Gap, and Penneys as well as several smaller specialty stores), the new Kroger store, Staples, Lowe’s, Hobby Lobby, Office Depot, Wal Mart, and all the other smaller stores in the surrounding strip malls. It adjoins the open area of our complex at 1000 Brehm Lane. It is accessed via driveway from Grand Avenue, north of Lewis Lane and south of Giant City Road. Bus service is available on Grand Avenue. The area near the building is still under development – the deer and rabbits still roam in the fields that are around the building.
