Alpha's Carbondale Apartments: 2421 SOUTH ILLINOIS

2421 South Illinois is a small complex of three buildings. All of the units are our typical two bedroom townhome plan. There is one duplex and two triplex buildings. These are the only units we have painted brown, instead of our usual taupe color – both of our neighbors were already built and we thought it would be more attractive to the area to have all the units in that area brown.

2421 South Illinois is located south of the SIU arena, past the Citgo station, Arnold’s Market, (great butcher shop and local produce in season) and the Family Tree Garden Center. There is a bus stop nearby.
